All shipments are FOB Shipping Point.
We strive to provide excellent customer service in terms of quality of product and timely delivery. Orders for stock items received Monday through Friday by 2:00 PM MST usually ship on the same day. Online orders and orders placed after the shipping cutoff will be shipped the following business day. Orders will not be processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Custom, special and out of stock items will be shipped as soon as the product is available. Shipping time, methods and cost vary depending on your location.

Incomplete or Incorrect Shipping Address:
If, after placing your order, you discover that you entered an incorrect address, simply call or email us to make the changes. As long as your order has not shipped, we can correct this for free.
If, after your order has shipped, UPS determines that the shipping address is incomplete or incorrect, there are two ways to ensure you still get your package. If the address needs to be changed, UPS charges a change fee. You can pay these fees via credit card and we will redirect your package. Alternately, you can pick up the package at your local UPS shipping facility within 5 business days.

Additional Shipment Information:
- Expedited shipping methods do not decrease order processing time.
- UPS Ground shipping charges cannot be credited toward other shipping methods.
- International orders may require customs, imports and export taxes which are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping times may also be affected by customs delays.
- Large orders in quantity (in excess of 10,000 units) or weight (in excess of 50-60lbs) are subject to review. Large orders may be eligible for further discounts and may require shipping on palettes. If your online order qualifies as a bulk order, a sales representative will call you to discuss any price concessions available and associated freight charges. All software contracts are non-refundable
No refunds or exchanges unless due to factory defects. Please contact us to discuss an exchange of a product in the event of a sales error or manufacturer defect.
Special order items are not eligible for return.
Custom Printed Items:
There are no returns or cancelations allowed once production has begun. Please Note: Once you approve a proof prior to printing, the order becomes final. Customized items may include the following:
- Custom encoded proximity cards and other encoding.
- Custom cards which have artwork, logo or design.
- Custom printed badge reels, lanyards, badge holders or other accessories.
- Any other customized item
